The following are examples of the types of projects that have been undertaken to date and give an impression of the drawings that can be provided to assist you in your applications.

Single Storey Rear Extension

Here a simple single storey addition was required to a period semi detached property. Plans were drawn up for the extension which created a large extended kitchen with roof light.

Bungalow in Garden

Following a history including a dismissed appeal a full appraisal of the site was undertaken and a single bungalow designed taking into account the visual amenity of the surroundings and neighbouring amenity. The result was that full planning permission was secured.

Single Dwellinghouse

Illustrative drawings have been produced for a single two storey dwellinghouse to be submitted as an outline planning application.

Single Storey Front Extension

Plans were designed, based upon the clients needs, for a single storey front extension to provide additional living space.

Side extension to Cottage in National Park

Secured planning permission for a traditional two storey side extension to a stone cottage in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Property constraint included Bats, a protected species, which were catered for in the design of appropriate bat mitigation.

Singe storey rear extension

Detailed drawings prepared for a single storey extension. Positive Pre Application comments from the Local Planning Authority resulted in a quality Full Householder application submission.
